Sunday FOs plus more

The green socks were actually finished late Saturday night.

Finished Fantine by French Girl Sunday morning. Thanks, Teri-Kay, for the last few yards of Rowan Big Wool. The button is from my collection of vintage and antique buttons.

Speaking of Teri-Kay, her needles Burst In Flames and she finished this mohair cardigan she calls a medieval hair shirt.

My FO reward was to begin my Trekking XXL socks in a K4, P1 rib.

Nice sweater, Cate! I think your needles must be on fire, too, what with all your FO's.

I really love how that Trekking knits up.

Hi Cate...Nice FO's! I have the exact same colorway of Trekking XXL...I just can't start on anything for myself until I get my Holiday knitting done!

I love the button from your collection. It gives the sweater that special pop. Buttons are the hardest thing for me to find and pick.

November is perfect timing for a pair of sturdy socks.

Love Fantine...and that trekking is gorgeous! I'd never have purchased it on the skein, but seeing how it knits up...beautiful! Nice job.

Love the trekking, Cate! I want some (need some?).

My niece thinks I am hopelessly prehistoric bc I didn't know what those shoes are that you (and everyone else apparently) are wearing. LOL.

The sweater fits you beautifully. One of my seniors has a great knack for finding the perfect buttons for her projects; don't know how you do it. The Trekking looks like it will be a fun pair of socks.

Joan, don't feel alone; I've seen those but the name escapes me. They just don't look comfortable with the plastic, seems like a fast way to sweaty feet!
