Meet Maggie

Knitting is only one of the ways she finds to express herself. She made these needle tops. She is looking for good, long knitting needles with no tops so the ones she adds won't be so heavy. Does anyone have any leads?

Cate Fitt knits and posts about her hounds, her knitting, books and authors. Oh, and various rants will appear from time to time.

World of Mirth is great, but I still can't make myself go in there - I'm afraid I'll burst into tears, thinking about the Harveys. Maggie made some fantastic needle tops, though, didn't she? I suppose double-pointed needles are too short for what she wants to do? If so, then she might have to go to Lowe's and buy some dowels and run the ends through a pencil sharpener, sand everything down and stain and wax them, and then put her tops on them.
My Mom lives in Richmond. When we go and visit we always make a stop at World of Mirth. I love it. Thanks for sharing.
