Knit Night
Last night was the monthly Knit Night at The Yarn Lounge. There was quite an assortment of goodies.
Some folks brought wine
Jenny brought her espresso maker.
There were donut holes, of course.
Stewart baked ginger cookies and pumpkin-chocolate chip brownies. I did not resist.
I worked on my second pair of Trekking XXL socks. I want to knit every color way.
You can see more pictures on The Yarn Lounge's blog.

How cool is that....I'm using the same colorway on my socks.
It's always fun to see how another persons socks come out. Thanks for sharing.....
It looks like such a good time was had by all. Yet another rousing enticement of why a person should move to Richmond.
looks like a good time. I love trekking. if i had to chose only one thing to knit it would be trekking socks
I want a Yarn Lounge! Boo-hoo.
Cate, I sent Stewart $$ in an envelope for your flip top mittens pattern. Make sure he sends it to me! Just dying to make those.
Is that a crown on Bri's head? Been trying to find out. LOL
I agree with Joan -- I want a Yarn Lounge. I think Urban Yarns does a monthly knit night, but it is soooo far away on a week night.
You are one crazy sock-knitting kind of woman, aren't you. I bet you don't own any commercially made socks anymore. Mmmm...happy feet.
Thanks for my HUGe knitting bag. That will come in very handy. :)
Wow - you guys always have so much fun! I really wish I lived down there. I do have some good news though. My brother may be going to VCU next year so that would mean many more trips down to Richmond! :)
I have a ball of Trekking that I am looking forward to trying out. Your socks are looking great!
Didn't see an email addie for you. Please email me if you are interested in attending a knitting retreat in VA in January.
