Knitting socks on #8s after #0 or #1 is almost like not even knitting. These are knit with Fleece Artist Mohair and Blue Faced Leicester. They are for someone who doesn't read this blog. She keeps her house so cold she has to wear socks to bed. These should keep her feet toasty.

Those socks sound like they will feel heavenly on cold feet. Your friend is going to appreciate you more every time she puts them on.

Cate - you don't know how many times I've picked up those sock yarns wrapped up together and put them down, thinking that they were not the colour I wanted!! Are they lovely? They look great in the pic and will be such a good gift!
