Deerhound Video
Just found out about this terrific video from the 1998 Deerhound Specialty in Finland. Just so you know, the dogs are not fighting, they are playing. Deerhounds play very rough. And the white thing they are chasing is a plastic bag, not an animal. The small black & white dog getting out of the way of the big guys is a Whippet.

The deerhounds look leaner and less massive than my recollection of wolfhounds. Though the one I knew well didn't get his full depth of chest, etc., since his person was too busy to give him enough exercise when just a puppy.

Those things can run! I loved the part where it looked like one was trying to hold the other one's head under water -- like a couple of boys playing. Too funny!
