HRH

Meet HRH Kittywippet (Miss), mother of Moose, queen of the Ragtag Horde (Annie's gang of Whippets). Miss Kitty is waiting, rather impatiently, for a sweater she decided I was supposed to make for her. She doesn't believe in waiting so she is nagging me on a regular basis. She doesn't understand that I have the ISE3 and Sock Wars to take care of before she gets her sweater. Miss Kitty is aged and somewhat frail (although still quite beautiful) and she uses those conditions to make me feel guilty.

Moose says, What about ME? Where is MY sweater? Huh?

I've never met a whippet, but the pictures of yours show they are charming, loving puppies.

I am delighted to meet HRH Miss Whippet, what a lovely dog. Of course my Haiku is lovely too, but she is fluffy and only requires sparkly rhinestones upon her collars and no sweaters. When I say requires, I guess I mean insists upon....

Oh, Miss Kitty is gorgeous! I would love to have a dog(s), but my furry feline children would probably leave home with their hobo bags if I even mentioned such nonsense.

Miss Kitty is mistaken about her sparkly necklace - it is a swarovsky crystal necklace that she demanded I buy her at the AWC National specialty some years back. I'd have bought her diamonds if I were able - Miss Kitty gets what Miss Kitty wants (except for "enuff cookkis" because she would be double her size if I gave her what *she* considers "enuff").

Whippets that actually wore diamond bracelets as collars were featured in one of Nancy Mitford's wonderful comedy of manners. I can't remember which book, though...
